10 Tips Tricks Diabetes Diet

1) Eat a diet low in fat and high in fiber.


2) Choose drinks artificial sweeteners.


3) If you buff sugary drinks, look for ingredients that have sweeteners artificial sweetener special diabetics.


4) Avoid sugary drinks sugar found in sodas, energy drinks, reduce sugar for sweet tea and coffee.


5) If you want to drink fresh juice every day, limit it only to ½ cup per day. For men, consume orange, apple, grape or cranberry.


6) Avoid foods that are high in sugar such as candy, cookies, cakes pies.


7) Eat three times a day regularly. Do not skip your meals.


8) Avoid alcoholic beverages.


9) Reduce the size of the food you consume. For example, you eat three slices of bread for breakfast. Reduce to one slice of bread.


10) Do not be fooled by products that are more expensive, good quality printed products. Because that's not necessarily suitable for your body. Before buying it, you should consult with your doctor.
