How to Overcome Natural Stretch Mark

Coffee grounds


Coffee grounds are believed to diminish stretch marks. This method is very easy and simple. Use coffee grounds still warm and rub it on areas that are stretch marks for five to 10 minutes. Do three times a week.

Olive oil


Rub olive oil since the beginning of pregnancy to prevent skin damage. Olive oil can help restore skin elasticity in pregnancy.

Brine
